El pasado 10 de septiembre de 2025 tuve el honor de asistir al estreno mundial de mi obra Los Puentes de Badajoz, galardonada con el V Premio de Música “Ciudad de Badajoz” 2024.
La interpretación corrió a cargo de la prestigiosa Banda Municipal de Badajoz, bajo la brillante dirección del maestro Vicente Soler, quien supo plasmar con gran sensibilidad el espíritu de la obra.
Los Puentes de Badajoz es una pieza que rinde homenaje a esta ciudad histórica, simbolizando a través de la música la unión, la conexión y el flujo constante de vida que representan sus icónicos puentes. Escucharla cobrar vida por primera vez en el lugar que la inspiró fue una experiencia profundamente emocionante y un momento de gran significado personal y profesional.
Mi agradecimiento más sincero a la Banda Municipal de Badajoz, al maestro Vicente Soler y a todas las personas que hicieron posible este estreno tan especial.

World Premiere of “Los Puentes de Badajoz”
On September 10, 2025, I had the honor of attending the world premiere of my work Los Puentes de Badajoz, awarded the 5th “Ciudad de Badajoz” Music Prize 2024.
The performance was entrusted to the renowned Municipal Band of Badajoz, under the inspired baton of maestro Vicente Soler, who brought the music to life with great artistry and sensitivity.
Los Puentes de Badajoz pays tribute to this historic city, symbolizing through music the union, connection, and constant flow of life embodied by its iconic bridges. Hearing it performed for the very first time in the very city that inspired it was a deeply moving experience and a milestone in my artistic journey.
My heartfelt thanks to the Municipal Band of Badajoz, maestro Vicente Soler, and everyone involved in making this memorable premiere possible.
