El nombre primitivo de Paiporta, ciudad de la comunidad valenciana enmarcada en la comarca “Horta Sud”, era Sant Jordi, lo cual, unido a que era lugar de cristianos viejos, hace suponer que su fundación tuvo lugar durante o un poco después de la conquista de Valencia por el rey Jaime I. Movimiento que conjuga el elemento belicoso desarrollando el intervalo de tercera con un elemento mucho más cantabile.

La huerta valenciana con sus naranjos, propios de la ciudad de Paiporta, desprenden al anochecer, ese aroma tan bello y purificador de la propia flor, el Azahar. Movimiento hermoso, dulce, tranquilo, armonioso..., pretende describir la paz que ofrece este agraciado aroma tan propio de nuestra tierra.

Paiporta y su Barranco que separa la ciudad en dos, es un elemento primordial en el escenario de la ciudad, un emblema particular. Un lugar donde se puede encomiar un ambiente festivo y de convivencia.... En este movimiento prima la alegría, el pasarlo bien, el disfrutar del momento..., en definitiva el autor pretende que el intérprete se divierta interpretando este movimiento y a su vez, consiga divertir del mismo modo, al espectador, al oyente que merece este placer de disfrutar con la música.

Al gran Trombonista Christian Lindberg, por toda su excelente trayectoria musical.

Encargo del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Paiporta, para incrementar y apostar por su cultura, siendo esta la obra de obligada interpretación, en el The 2nd International Christian Lindberg Solo Competition 2008, “Ciutat de Paiporta” que se celebró en el Auditorio Municipal de Paiporta durante el mes de Abril de 2008.

The primitive name of Paiporta, city of the Valencian community framed in the region "Horta South", was Sant Jordi, which, united to that was place of old Christians, causes supposes that its foundation took place during or a shortly after the conquest of Valencia by the king Jaime I. Movement that conjugates the warlike element developing the interval of third with an element a lot more cantabile.

The Valencian garden with their orange trees, own of the city of Paiporta, they remove at dusk, that so beautiful fragrance and filter of the own flower, the orange blossom. Harmonious, tranquil, sweet, beautiful movement. .., intends to describe the peace that offers this graced so own fragrance of our land.
Paiporta and its Ravine that separates the city in two, is a fundamental element in the setting of the city, a private emblem. A place where can be extolled a festive environment and of contact. ... In this movement cousin the happiness, the to pass it well, the to enjoy the moment. .., in final the author intends that the interpreter entertain interpreting this movement and at the same time, he manage to entertain in the same way, to the spectator, to the listener that deserves this pleasure of enjoying with the music.
